In broad way Engineers have been insulted by SCPC by giving them grade pay lower than Accountants / Teachers / Nurses. Many horizontal & vertical relativities have been disturbed so far.
On another part SCPC not recommended any classification for the posts in Ministry of Railways as replied by the Rly Bd. in RTI case.Hence Rly placed them with class -IV people those have been upgraded as per SCPC recommendation.
I nation can not rise if their technocrats are deprived any way.
